Change comes from being more of who you really are, rather than trying to be who you are not.
Coaching provides an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth. Gestalt Coaching facilitates insight into the breadth and depth of the situation and assists the individual to realise their full potential. To discuss in more detail leave me a message here.

My Approach
As a Gestalt practitioner I encourage my clients to work with “what is”, rather than what they think “should be”. To find their own way of being rather than trying to conform to an external idea of how they should be and to respond creatively to situations as they develop.
My Experience
I worked in Executive Recruitment in Hong Kong before moving back to South Africa where I took a regional Human Resources role looking after the Africa Mediterranean region for a division of a large mining company.
After several years of working in HR Management in London I retrained and now work as a coach, facilitator and counsellor.
I have substantial experience of working with leaders and their teams in challenging organisational change environments.
As a qualified counsellor and coach, I have worked with individuals with a range of personal development needs.
As a qualified counsellor and coach, I have worked with individuals with a range of personal development needs.
I have worked in a variety of industries including minerals exploration for BHP Minerals, financial services for GE Capital and in media for an AMV BBDO group company.
I also facilitate personal development workshops in the outdoors for adults and youth.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe that the most effective leaders and fulfilled people use the resources they already have. I walk alongside my clients to raise their awareness of what qualities they already have and how they can best bring these qualities into play as leaders and/or individuals. Really understanding what you already have and who you are, is much more effective than trying to be something you are not. Informed by Gestalt practice, I work with my clients to explore and understand their uniqueness.
